How does getting started work?
Four steps. A free site visit, a bespoke quote, a two-month trial with no lock-in, and then your ongoing service with one contact reachable 24/7.
Is the site visit really free?
Yes. We walk your site with you to learn the space, your hours and what matters most, then send a clear quote.
Which areas do you cover?
We’re based in East Grinstead and work across Sussex, Kent and London, including Crawley, Horsham, Oxted, Horley and Redhill.
How quickly can you start?

Contracts & pricing
Is there a minimum contract?
No. Every new site starts with a two-month trial, free from any locked-in contract period. It gives us both time to make sure we’re the right fit.
What happens after the trial?
If we’re both happy, your routine clean simply carries on. [ADD YOUR ONGOING TERMS AND NOTICE PERIOD.]
How do you work out the price?
Every job is priced individually, based on your days, hours and what you’d like us to take care of. Most of our clients choose 5 hours, 3 times a week, but we’ll work to whatever your site needs.
Do you supply products and equipment?
We can supply everything, or use what’s already on site. We can also take care of your monthly supplies order as an optional extra.
Your site & security
Will we have the same cleaner each visit?
Wherever possible, yes. The same faces means someone who knows your site and how you like it done.
What about holiday and sickness cover?

How do you handle our keys and alarm codes?
They’re held securely and only shared with the team on your site. We follow your procedures for entry, sign-in and locking up, and everyone is briefed on your security rules before they start.
Can you clean outside our working hours?
Yes. Choose daily, morning or evening visits, so the clean is finished before your team arrives or starts once everyone heads home.
What if we’re not happy with a clean?
Tell us once and it’s sorted. Your point of contact is reachable 24/7, and we run regular quality checks on our own work so standards don’t slip.
Health & safety
Are you insured?
Yes. We hold £25 million public liability insurance and employers’ liability insurance. Certificates are available on request.
Can we see your RAMS and COSHH assessments?
Yes. Every site is planned, assessed and recorded before we start, and copies are available whenever you, your facilities team or an auditor need them.
Are your staff trained?
Yes. Everyone is trained, inducted and briefed on your site before they start, with the right PPE for every task. All of our staff are DBS checked.
